What the stars will eat at the Oscar after-party

BEVERLY HILLS (AP) — After starving themselves all day, and maybe longer, the stars are mighty hungry after the Oscars.

It’s Wolfgang Puck’s job to feed them at the Governor’s Ball.

He’s come up with a menu with nearly 50 choices. For starters, there’s crispy lobster-shrimp dumplings and smoked salmon Matzo.

Various small plates include handmade pasta with roasted chestnuts and truffles.

For dessert, there’s a gluten-free licorice and chocolate parfait with carmelized tobacco leaves.

And no Governor’s Ball would be complete without Puck’s trademark tiny gold Oscars covered in gold dust.
